I certainly hope we see some sort of turnaround soon. And, yes, I would expect to see some real estate inflation at that time. After all, prices have already been quite a bit higher than they are now. Psychologically, it's always easier to hit a level when you've been there before. It requires wages to increase, and I don't see how that happens. They've been declining for almost 10 years, with unemployment high and probably headed higher for another year it's hard to see wages getting too far out of control.
