		<description>The market is bound to come around eventually and I never expected it would take anywhere near this long. I certainly hope we see some sort of turnaround soon.

And, yes, I would expect to see some real estate inflation at that time. After all, prices have already been quite a bit higher than they are now. Psychologically, it&#039;s always easier to hit a level when you&#039;ve been there before.</description>

They&#039;ve been declining for almost 10 years, with unemployment high and probably headed higher for another year it&#039;s hard to see wages getting too far out of control.</description>
